The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of the Hamas movement, carried out on Friday what it described as a “complex military action,” near the Al-Dawa Mosque, east of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, by targeting a building in which a number of soldiers were barricaded, with a “TBG” shell, in addition to targeting a troop carrier.
It was under the building by an “Al-Yassin 105” missile, in addition to targeting a group of foot soldiers who were next to the tanker with an anti-personnel missile, leaving the entire force dead and wounded, according to reports by the Palestinian media.
It referred to another operation in which an Israeli force was killed and wounded by detonating a pre-prepared minefield inside the “Saad Sayel” barracks site, in addition to targeting two Israeli tanks with “Al-Yassin 105” shells in the vicinity of the barracks in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
Furthermore, it destroyed an Israeli troop carrier with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell, setting it on fire in the vicinity of the Saad Sayel barracks, noting that it was bombed at the “Isnad Sufa” military site with a 114 mm short-range “Rajum” missile system, in addition to its fighters engaging in fierce clashes with the occupation forces.
