Egypt weather: Moderate temperatures, mist, and possible light rain

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority revealed the expected weather conditions across the country today. Moderate temperatures will prevail during the day in Greater Cairo, South Sinai, and southern areas of the country, turning cooler on the northern coasts and the Nile Delta. It will be very cold at night and early morning in most areas.

Today’s weather will see the spread of mist in the morning on some agricultural, highways, and areas near bodies of water leading to and from areas of Greater Cairo, the Nile Delta, the northern coasts, canal cities, and northern Upper Egypt.

There are chances of light rain in areas of the northern coasts and northern Nile Delta, with active winds in areas of the northern coasts, South Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.

Cairo’s temperature on Friday is forecast to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 10°C.
